VidMaker provides AI-powered video generation technology designed for lawful and responsible creative use. We enforce strict compliance standards and maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward unlawful, abusive, or high-risk activities.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.


1. Prohibited Illegal Activities

You may not use VidMaker Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Promote or facilitate criminal activity

  • Engage in fraud, scams, impersonation, or deception

  • Create misleading commercial or financial content

  • Produce unlawful political manipulation content

VidMaker reserves the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required by law.


2. Strict Protection of Minors

VidMaker enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.

You may not create, upload, generate, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Sexualized depictions of individuals under 18

  • Nudity involving minors

  • Any exploitative or harmful content involving minors

Any detected violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.


3. Non-Consensual Deepfake & Identity Abuse

You may not use VidMaker to:

  • Create non-consensual intimate or explicit videos

  • Generate videos impersonating real individuals without authorization

  • Create deceptive deepfake content intended to mislead

  • Fabricate realistic evidence using AI-generated video

  • Produce political misinformation or election interference content

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions before generating content involving identifiable individuals.


4. Sexual and Exploitative Content

VidMaker does not permit:

  • Sexually exploitative content

  • Coercive or abusive material

  • Content promoting sexual violence

  • Commercial adult content where prohibited by law

VidMaker reserves the right to restrict or remove content that violates platform standards.


5. Intellectual Property Protection

You may not:

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

  • Generate unauthorized reproductions of protected works

  • Use copyrighted media without proper authorization

Users are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use of source materials and generated content.


6. Harassment, Violence & Hate

You may not generate videos that:

  • Promote violence or terrorism

  • Encourage hate speech or discrimination

  • Harass, threaten, or defame individuals or groups


7. Circumvention of Safeguards

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass VidMaker’s AI moderation systems

  • Use obfuscation techniques to evade content detection

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Exploit system vulnerabilities

  • Abuse usage limits or payment systems

Circumvention attempts may result in permanent account suspension.


8. Automated AI Moderation

VidMaker uses automated AI moderation and monitoring systems to reduce risk and prevent misuse.

These systems may:

  • Analyze text prompts

  • Scan uploaded media

  • Evaluate generated video outputs

  • Detect high-risk patterns

  • Assign internal risk scores

  • Flag suspicious usage behavior

VidMaker may temporarily block processing or permanently disable accounts based on risk assessments.

Automated systems may not be perfect, but intentional attempts to evade moderation are strictly prohibited.


9. Developer & API Responsibilities

If you integrate VidMaker APIs into your own platform, you must:

  • Obtain lawful user consent

  • Provide clear privacy disclosures

  • Implement your own moderation controls

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws

VidMaker acts as a technical infrastructure provider and does not control third-party applications.


10. Enforcement Actions

VidMaker may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Refuse to process certain content

  • Temporarily suspend access

  • Permanently terminate accounts

  • Restrict payment privileges

  • Report illegal conduct to authorities

Serious violations may result in permanent account termination.
